Attending are [?] xxxx? all the [?] xxxxxx? of the Royal Family of England, and their [?] German? [?] xxxxxxx?, [?] including? H. M. The King, H. I. M. The Emperor of Germany, H. M. The Queen, H. I. M. The [?] Empress? of Germany, H. R. H. Princess Victoria [?] Louise?, T. R. H. The Prince of Wales, Princess Mary and Prince George, T. R. H. Princess [?] Christian?, The Duke of Connaught, Prince Henry of Battenberg, Prince Arthur of Connaught and the [?] xxxxxxx? of [?] Angill. The [?] monument? was dedicated by His Grace the Archbishop of Canterbury and unveiled by His Majesty while “God Save the King” was sung by [?] xxxxx? and [?] spectators?.
