Some location photography was taken at Mount Baldy, California (for Mount Ararat). The film may have been misidentified by the Pennsylvania Censor Board as an [?] Aras? production titled An Armenian Crucifixion (1918?) at five reels. [?] The film may have been rereleased in the USA in 1922. Approximately 21 minutes of footage was recovered in Soviet Armenia in 1994.
